Engagement model

Our engineers, inside your team.

Staff augmentation is the Contract engagement shape (see /services) explained from the buyer's side: you get engineers who work inside your team, your repo and your rituals — not a black-box vendor relationship, and not a staffing agency handing you a resume and disappearing. You meet them, by name, with their actual work, before anything is signed.

How the engagement is structured

  • You tell us the domain and seniority you need; we propose specific engineers, not a generic tier
  • A two-week trial either side can walk away from, before any longer commitment
  • Monthly terms, resized with a month's notice — no annual lock-in
  • Engineers report inside your rituals (standups, sprint planning) like any other team member, not through a separate account layer

How this differs from a typical staffing agency

  • You meet the actual engineer and see their work before committing — not a CV and a promise
  • Code, repository and IP are always yours, on every engagement shape, with no ambiguity written in later
  • No headcount markup games — the seat resizes with a month's notice, not a locked annual contract
  • A Friday note every week, so progress isn't something you have to chase down

Questions people ask.

You meet the specific engineers proposed for your team — by name, with their actual work — before anything is signed, and you can start winding down with a month's notice rather than being locked into an annual contract. The code and IP are yours from day one.
One call, no discovery theatre. Most engagements meet the proposed engineers within the same week and open with the two-week trial.
The two-week trial exists exactly for this — either side can walk away inside it, no hard feelings, no penalty. After that, the monthly term means a seat can still be resized or ended with a month's notice.
