What we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, what you tell us you need, and the message you write. We don't use tracking cookies, and we don't ask for any information we don't need to reply to you.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry — reading it, replying by email, and following up about the work you've described. We don't add you to a marketing list, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who sees it
Your submission is delivered to our inbox via Resend, our transactional email provider, and the site itself is hosted on Vercel. Both process the data only as needed to deliver and host the site — neither uses it for their own purposes. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand traffic and performance in aggregate; these are cookie-free and don't identify you personally.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails as long as is reasonably useful for the business relationship they relate to, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see below.
Your choices
Email hello@saiyamlabs.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll action reasonable requests promptly.
